Samuel C. Holladay, AlA

Samuel C. Holladay is the principal architect of Seibert Architects and a strong proponent of modernist design.

Holladay received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Florida in 1971, and began his career with Seibert Architects in 1972. He became the firm’s president in 1994, after Tim Seibert retired. During that time, Holladay was involved in a host of projects, including residential design, land planning, schools, resorts and multifamily projects. He is a member of the AlA Gulfcoast Chapter, the Florida Association of the AlA and the Downtown Sarasota Alliance. Holladay is a director with the Sarasota Tiger Bay Club, a past member of the Florida State AlA’s board of directors, and past president of the Gulf Coast Heritage Association’s board of directors.
