Enjoy a very special tour of this beautifully restored 1958 home designed by Tim Seibert, FAIA on Siesta Key. The modernist design of this “pavilion” style home on Siesta Key features an open floor plan that lets the outdoors in that was typical of the Sarasota School movement with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
In 1974, the homeowners asked Seibert to enclose the garage and add a master bedroom suite above it. In 2015, architect Sam Holladay and interior designer Pam Holladay of Seibert Architects restored the home, keeping the jalousie windows, original bathroom tiles and terrazzo floors. The home features classic midcentury furniture by Mies van der Rohe, Eames and Saarinen.
